Ketika buku menjadi sumber dari semua aktivitas kreatif, ketika pameran buku menjadi judul dari pameran industri kreatif, kita memerlukan lebih dari sebuah book fair. Kita membutuhkan book affair! Diperkaya oleh program-program kebudayaan dan edukasi, IIBF menjadi ajang pertemuan antarpenerbit dan pelaku industri kreatif lainnya di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. IIBF juga menjadi sarana para penerbit dan pelaku industri kreatif untuk berinteraksi dengan konsumen. Indonesia International Book Fair (IIBF) 2019 akan dilaksanakan di Cendrawasih Room dan Plenary Hall, Jakarta Convention Center pada tanggal 04 - 08 September 2019. IIBF is not just a book fair, it’s a book affair!
TENTANG IIBF
- Merupakan pameran tahunan yang diselenggarakan oleh Ikatan Penerbit Indonesia (IKAPI).
- Diselenggarakan pertama kali tahun 1980, tahun 2019 adalah penyelenggaraan yang ke-39.
- Sejak tahun 2014 bertransformasi menjadi pameran buku berskala internasional.
- IIBF merupakan pusat kegiatan promosi, transaksi, diskusi, dan interaksi nasional maupun internasional bagi kalangan penerbit, penulis, pustakawan, aktivis literasi, seni, budaya, dan pendidikan, serta pelaku industri kreatif lainnya.
- Bagi partisipan domestik, adalah gerbang menuju pasar global; bagi partisipan asing, adalah gerbang memasuki pasar raksasa di Asia Tenggara.
